The good thing is that i'll be asked by the judges at the end of the case after all sides would have presented their cases before the court. After hearing from both prosecution and defense, i should be in a proper position to say whether the prosecution proved their case or the defense rebutted prosecution evidence. As it stands now, being a professional lawyer, i cannot say what my answer to that question will be considering that we are talking about unknown events which may come before the court at a future date. In all fairness to both sides, i can only be in a position to give a view on that question when we get to the end of this case.
