He didn't tell us where the money is. Instead, he told us OTC deposited almost 2million dollars at LBDI Bank in Liberia into our treasury and later Taylor transferred the money into his account. Don't speak for Rapp. Because Mr. Rapp has already spoken on this issue. Notwithstanding, Mr. Rapp is caught up in his own lies.
