I do not think personally that they will drop the charges but do believe and hope that they would see it fit to drop some of the counts that were clearly not proven at all. It would be interesting to see what the prosecution wil say on thursday. Aki,

Having said that I believe the overall argument of the Defense in regards to inconsistencies of witnesses is strong.
