The Trial of Charles Taylor

Last week Trial Chamber II—the same chamber hearing the Taylor case—handed down the first [pdf] judgment at the Special Court in the case against the three accused of the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council.  Professor William Schabas of the National University of Ireland, Galway, thinks it may contain good news for Charles Taylor.  This is the first of many outside expert commentaries to come on the site.
